Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacancies below which have arisen within the Council
Key Job Functions
Receive goods from suppliers
Issue goods to users
Stock Management
Stock taking
Managing Council Warehouse
Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports
Bank reconciliations
Maintaining Asset register
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
 
REQUIREMENTS
National Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies/Purchasing and Supply or equivalent from a recognised institution.
2 years working experience in Stores/Procurement/Logistics
Knowledge of IPSAS, PRONUM & LADS
Working experience in a Local Authority is an added advantage.
Computer Literacy
