Duties and Responsibilities
. Ensuring machinery availability . Ensuring availability of resources needed in the engineering department . Budgeting for critical spores . Preparation and presentation of annual budgets . Setting up of operational procedures . Preparing and submitting Engineering monthly reports • Ensuring safe working conditions for all personnel • Ensuring disciplined and conducive working environment • Ensuring Proper housekeeping in the workshop

Qualifications and Experience
. Possession of B.Sc. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and • 5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment Attributes • Ability to work under pressure with numerous processing plant and underground machinery . Team player who can work in a team and individually as well. • Effective oral and writing communication skills . Ability to manage both subordinates and superiors
