Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests in line with the hotel vision and vales on customer satisfaction

Ensure guest satisfactionExercise customer careTake reservationsCheck in and out guestsConduct cashieringNight Auditing

Qualifications and Experience
An HND or a degree in the following subjects or similari. Hotel and Hospitality Management;ii. Marketing;iii. Business with Languages;iv. Travel, Tourism or Leisure studies.At least 2 years in a similar/related Position
