Qualifications and Experience
General Requirements• Must have at least a degree in Food Science or Biochemistry or another relevant field• Must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by local government regulationsBe competent and trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical ControlPoints (HACCP) management system principlesProficient in using quality control tools and softwareA lead Audit certificate ISO 22000/BRC will be an added advantageAt least three years’ experience in quality managementA clean Class 4 driver’s licence
