Qualifications and Experience
General RequirementsMust have at least a Degree in Food Science: Must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by local government regulations• Be competent and trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system principles• A lead Audit certificate ISO 22000/BRC will be an added advantage• At least 5 years’ experience in quality management• A clean Class 4 driver’s licence
