)General Requirements• Must be a holder of a Degree in Food Processing orFood Science from a reputable university• A Masters’ Degree in Food Processing or Food Science is an added advantageProfessional qualification such as Hazard Analysis andCritical Control Points (HACCP) management system is an added advantage• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in milling or extrusion operations in a managerial position• Experience in Extrusion Technology will be an added advantage• A clean Class 4 driver’s licence
