Zimbabwe Power Company is the leading Generator of electrical energy in Zimbabwe and supplies the bulk of the nation’s electrical power requirements from its five power stations. The company is inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions based at Kariba South Power StationDuties and Responsibilities
Manages the execution of planned, preventive & corrective maintenance to meet set plant availability and reliability
Executes plant outage programs & statutory inspections
Implements specified planned station projects
Staff management and development
Ensures compliance with integrated management systems (MIS) in the Maintenance section
Supervises Maintenance sections (Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Civil & Garage)Qualifications and ExperienceA Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Equivalent
Membership of a Recognised Professional Institution
6 years relevant experience of which 3 years should be at a Senior level
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
