Woodlands Farm Pvt Ltd situated in Kwekwe is a new private entity which is venturing into Livestock production.Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above position that has risen at Woodlands Farm Finance Department.The position reports to the Managing Director.The successful applicant will among other key duties, be responsible for:Production of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financi and management reports.Preparation of financial forecast and budgets.Controlling overheads and enforcing financial discipline through budgetary control.Analysing financial ratios and advising on the health of the business.Ensuring stringent working capital management.Posting payroll and assets accounting related journals and adjustments.Reviewing operational procedures and recommending improvements.Identifying training gaps, needs and arranging appropriate training for finance staffTHE PERSON
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualification and attributes:
1. Bachelor of Accounting Degree / Diploma or equivalent
2.A professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CTA/CIMA/CIS is an added advantage
3. At least 10 years relevant experience in a similar environment
4. Knowledge of SAGE system is a distinct advantage
5. Excellent analytical and computer skills
6. Must have excellent communication and superior interpersonal skills
