Duties and Responsibilities
– Collaborate with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates.- List and promote properties for sale. – Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. – Manage property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers.- Provide advice on property investment opportunities and market trends.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow estate agents and other industry professionals.- Keep up to date with real estate regulations, trends, and best practices.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. – Attending industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience
– A qualification in real estate and/or sales and marketing. – Proven experience in real estate or as a salesperson will be an added advantage. – Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.- Own a reliable vehicle, laptop and smart phone.
