Job Description
We are looking for an administrator to join our team and support our daily office procedures. A successful administrator will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports and organizing company records. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external events
Qualifications and Experience
Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailHigh school diploma; additional qualifications in Administration are an added advantage
